Lo-Fly Dirt

Lo-Fly Dirt Plugin is a new take on the beloved MSXII Sound Design iOS app that shares the same name, designed to deliver instant coloration to your audio for both desktop and MPC hardware. This dynamic tool was developed in collaboration with the sound design experts at MSXII to inspire new sounds, depths, and textures in the studio and beyond.

Emulating legendary lo-fi hardware, including the AKAI Professional MPC-60 and Roland SP-404 alongside the classic Emu SP-1200 and Casio SK-5, Lo-Fly Dirt is designed to deliver the warmth, character, and nostalgic vibe of analog sound right into the heart of your DAW or MPC.

From lo-fi saturation and filtering to 8-bit gaming console mangling and vinyl noise effects, Lo-Fly Dirt brings out the sought-after textures and inherent tones of your audio sources. One twist of the classic character knob warms, lifts, and adds the classic lo-fi element to your sound design and production process, paying homage to vintage synths and audio hardware.
