XILS Labs Oxium (Download)

Oxium is a performance-oriented synthesizer offering both classic analog and modern tones with exceptional real-time modulation capabilities. Its intuitive interface ensures fast and easy operation.

Highlights:

Classic Instruments

• Oscillators: Up to 8 XILS-lab thick and musical waveforms per patch.
• Double Filters: 3rd generation zero-delay feedback filters with self-oscillation and vocal formant mode.

Modern Instruments
• LFOs: Cumulative waveform LFOs and three D-ADSR envelopes.
• Le Masque Modulator: 16 freely drawable zones, horizontal/vertical quantize modes, and two level parameters for extensive modulation possibilities.

Intuitive User Interface
• Flower Design: Instantly understand the structure with IVF (Instant Visual Feedback).
• Central Modulation Page: Easy knobs for common musical gestures like Vibrato, Tremolo, and Auto Wah.

Core Modules
• Analog Oscillators: Up to 8 per patch, advanced Glide/Portamento, Hard Sync, and Ring modulation.
• Zero-Delay-Feedback Filters: LP, BP, HP modes with self-resonance, additional second filter for formant filtering.
• Flexible Double Mixer Architecture: Configurable serial or parallel modes.

Modulators
• 3 DsyncADSR Envelopes: Freely assignable.
• 3 Multi-Waveform LFOs: Midi syncable, delay, fade-in, and note retrig parameters.
• Le Masque Controller: 16 zones, trigger modes, and pattern saving/loading.
• Central Modulation Environment: 6 assignable source/target pairs, 3 prewired musical gestures, 6 real-time controller slots.

Music Playing
• Advanced Arpeggiator: Fully configurable note order, gate, and swing parameters.
• 8 Play Modes: Multiple keyboard techniques with deep integration and interaction.
• Up to 8 Voices Unison: Tune spread, oscillator drift, and output vintage parameters.
