Sonnox Oxford Drum Gate Audio Plug-In (AAX Native) (Download)

Experience the future of drum gating with the Sonnox Oxford Drum Gate Audio Plug-In, designed specifically for music producers and sound designers who demand precision and efficiency. This innovative plug-in addresses the common frustrations associated with traditional drum gating methods, such as mis-detection, chatter, and the loss of ghost notes. With its intelligent drum-hit detection technology, the Oxford Drum Gate analyzes hits in real-time, allowing you to easily select which drum sounds to retain, ensuring a clean and musical mix.

The Oxford Drum Gate features a user-friendly interface that streamlines your workflow. Its adaptive decay section allows for real-time tuning of tom resonance based on the velocity of detected hits, preserving the natural sound while eliminating unwanted spill. Additionally, the Leveller section enhances consistency in performance by conforming louder hits and softer articulations to your desired target levels. For those looking to augment or replace drum sounds, the MIDI triggering functionality provides seamless integration, allowing you to maintain the dynamics of the original performance while adding your own samples.
