Modartt Pianoteq Studio Bundle (Download) Overview
Pianoteq Studio Bundle includes Pianoteq 8 Pro and all its 22 instrument packs. Pianoteq 8 Pro is a virtual piano that utilizes physical modeling to simulate the playability and complex behavior of real acoustic instruments. The Pro Edition is adapted for the creative composer and demanding studio engineer, letting you adjust 30 parameters for each note on the keyboard and work with audio up to 192 kHz.
Version 8 refines the physical modeling engine to increase authenticity, and offers a fresh, streamlined user interface to enhance readability and usability. Pianoteq has partnered with Steinway & Sons, Steingraeber, Bechstein, Blüthner, Grotrian, and Petrof, each a venerated piano-manufacturing powerhouse. All of them have approved the sound of their pianos.
Taking advantage of the model and its parameters, Pianoteq 8 Pro offers a Morphing feature that lets you merge several instruments to create organic instruments. The software works on Mac, Windows, and Linux systems, and operates as an AAX, AU, VST, NKS plug-in, or as standalone software. Because there are no samples, the file size is just a tiny fraction of that required by most virtual instruments, making Pianoteq perfect for any laptop.
