Description

Guitarists looking to expand their cabinet IRs for the TH-U SuperCabinet modeling software will be impressed with Overloud TAF RockCream, an IR library that extensively captures the full-sounding guitar tone of a Huges&Ketner Statesman 1×12 with RockDriverCream-Emminence speakers.

The TAF RockCream is a detailed cabinet with great upper mids and a very polite speaker that would do well for any genre, especially country rock. It is absolutely gorgeous for clean sounds as well. This library features IRs systematically captured with 14 mics for over 100 total impulse responses. The mics recorded IRs in 8 positions each with two distances using a Neve 1073 / Neve VR Legend console.

Made for SuperCabinet
The SuperCabinet IR processor makes it easy to blend and create custom cabinet tones and export IRs in WAV format for use in external IR loaders and modelers. Andy from TheAmpFactory, in his Orangetreestudios HQ, captured a Hughes & Kettner Statesman 1×12 with Rock Driver Cream-Emminence speaker that provides a very detailed sound with great upper mids, well suited for any genre, especially country rock.

  • Graphically browse the IRs in the library
  • Blend them together
  • Craft new cabinet tones with the unique multiband mode
  • Use the IR in the software
  • Export the IRs in WAV-file format, compatible with software IR loaders and all the major hardware modelers
