Description

Experience the sound of a Tornado 100 loaded in several multispeaker cabinets while enjoying a realistic playing feel with the Overloud Jensen Tornado Stealth 100 Large Cabs SuperCabinet Library, an impulse-response (IR) library made for the TH-U SuperCabinet (available separately). Brought about through collaboration with a product specialist from Jensen Speakers, these 864 carefully captured IRs yield the Jensen Tornado Stealth 100 speaker’s signature tone—detailed, balanced, and clear with great dynamic range and attack. The first Jensen Jet outfitted with the company’s second-generation neodymium magnet design, the N12/100 TRS 100W Neodymium speaker, was used in three larger cabinets (2×12″ open-back, 2×12″ closed-back, and 4×12″ closed-back) for tonal variety in this library.

Detailed Source Capture
This is a systematic capture of a Jensen Tornado Stealth 100 speaker from the Jet series installed in three different cabinets (2×12″ open-back, 2×12″ closed-back, and 4×12″ closed-back). The 864 total IRs were developed in conjunction with a Jensen Speakers product specialist in order to recreate the most authentic playing experience—as if you were playing through an original speaker.
High Power Handling
The 100W Tornado 100 is the first Jensen Jet speaker loaded with the second-generation neodymium magnet design. The Tornado 100 is an evenly balanced speaker—clear, smooth, and well defined, with a solid, powerful bass range.
Versatile Applications
Excellent dynamic range and headroom make the Tornado 100 eminently versatile, from clean to crunch and lead tones, up to the highest gain application. The well-defined attack keeps the presence of the tone in the mix, blending in with the complex midrange, typical of the large 2×12 and 4×12″ cabinets, and with that solid bass response.
