Description

Guitarists looking to expand their cabinet IRs for the TH-U SuperCabinet modeling software will be impressed with the Overloud Jensen Raptor Compact Cabs, an IR library that extensively captures the full-sounding guitar tone of three guitar cabinets (1×12 open back, 1×12 closed back, and 1×12 bass-reflex ported), each loaded with the Jensen Raptor (C12/100 RT) 100W ceramic speaker.

The Raptor features a 100W ceramic speaker with a characteristic vocal and rounded midrange and a silky-smooth top end, all based on a solid, fat, and firm bass foundation. The Raptor is equally suitable for clean, crunch, and mild gain tones. This library features IRs systematically captured with 18 mics for 864 total impulse responses. The mics recorded IRs in 16 positions with two distances and two angles.
