Overloud TH-U All for Metal Guitar Emulation Rig Expansion Bundle (Download)

Geared toward producers who need to create heavy metal guitar tones in the digital realm, the TH-U Metal Collection from Overloud is a downloadable application offering realistic guitar-amplifier emulations in the metal genre. This software will give you 16 amplifiers, 15 cabinets, 16 effects, and 18 microphone models in one package. TH-U Metal also features 80 presets designed to aid you in creating tones.

Users may already be familiar with Overloud amplifier emulators, and lovers of sludge, djent, and hardcore may be particularly aware of the previous edition of this software. New features include Rig Player, Amp Tweak, a new multitrack looper, and more.

Rig Player loads a variety of real-life guitar rigs (amps and cabs of real players) sampled in-house with Overloud’s R2M technology. You can switch quickly among rig models, and even match different cabs to different amplifier emulations. With Amp Tweak, you can customize the tone of your chosen amp model to your exact predilections by swapping out tubes in the preamp stage or power stage. You’ll also notice a variable voltage regulator or Variac knob. This lets you control the tube power-supply voltage, giving you varying degrees of saturation.

Eighty presets are incorporated into the plug-in to recreate the tone of anything from hard rock to extreme metal. Additionally, this software offers a matrix of four microphones, which can be placed anywhere in 3D space in front or behind the cabinet. Drag a microphone and place it anywhere required. Change the relative distance between microphones to obtain creative phasing effects.

This software is compatible with Mac and Windows platforms. It can operate in VST, AAX, and AU platforms, and is also a standalone application.

Available for download, the Overloud Choptones Pivy 65 Rig Library is a selection of guitar amp and cabinet emulations for use with the Overloud TH-U platform. The amplifier, cabinets, stompboxes, and microphones were emulated by Choptones, a company known for its models ported to multiple platforms.

This particular expansion library recreates the sound of a Peavey 6505 guitar amplifier, a classic tube-driven amplifier great for metal, hard rock, and anything in between. Choptones has modeled this amp multiple configurations, using a wide array of cabinets, microphones, and stompboxes.

There are 108 rigs offered in total, captured with Shure, Royer, and other microphones. Multiple cabinets have been utilized, including Marshall, Peavey, Mesa Boogie, and more. Many distortion pedals have been modeled as well.

Available for download, the Overloud Rand Sanat Rig Library is a selection of guitar amp and cabinet emulations for use with the Overloud TH-U platform. The amplifier, cabinets, stompboxes, and microphones were emulated by Choptones, a company known for its models ported to multiple platforms.

This particular expansion library recreates the sound of a Randall Satan 100W Ola Englund Signature amplifier head, one outfitted with 6L6 and KT88 power tubes. Choptones has modeled this amp in multiple configurations, using a wide array of cabinets, microphones, and stompboxes.

There are 119 rigs offered in total, captured with Shure, Royer, Sennheiser, and other microphones. Multiple cabinets have been utilized, including Randall, Mesa Boogie, Bogner, and more. Many distortion pedals have been modeled as well.

Available for download, the Overloud Choptones Bogie MKV Giant Pack Rig Library is a selection of guitar amp and cabinet emulations for use with the Overloud TH-U platform. The amplifier, cabinets, stompboxes, and microphones were emulated by Choptones, a company known for its emulations ported to multiple platforms.

This particular expansion library recreates the sound of an authentic Mesa Boogie Mark V, one stocked with 6L6 power tubes. This is a classic amplifier head in american rock, and Choptones has modeled it in multiple configurations. They’ve done so using a wide array of cabinets, microphones, and stompboxes. There are 149 rigs offered in total, captured with Shure, Coles, Royer, and other microphones. Cabinets from Mesa Boogie to Engl to Bogner have been utilized, and all manner of distortion pedals have been modeled.
