Description

Guitarists looking to expand their cabinet IRs for the TH-U SuperCabinet modeling software will be impressed with the Overloud Choptones Bogna OS 2×12 ATY, an IR library that extensively captures the full-sounding guitar tone of a Bogner 212 CB 2×12 with Celestion A-Type speakers, in a straight-front closed-back solid-birch-plywood cabinet, the Bogner response to the Petaluma 2×12 horizontal.

This library features IRs systematically captured with 12 mics on a motorized mic stand for over 300 total impulse responses. The mics recorded IRs in 8 to 16 positions each, with some of the mics receiving an extra off-axis capture at 45°. The Bogna OS 2×12 ATY has an American-influenced voice for a more laid-back midrange, which reveals body and really complex upper register.

Made for the SuperCabinet

The SuperCabinet IR processor makes it easy to blend and create custom cabinet tones and export IRs in WAV format for use in external IR loaders and modelers. The Bogner 212 CB 2×12 IR library is a great choice for guitarists seeking an American voicing with a laid-back midragne in an affordable package.

  • Graphically browse the IRs in the library
  • Blend them together
  • Craft new cabinet tones with the unique multiband mode
  • Use the IR in the software
  • Export the IRs in WAV-file format, compatible with software  IR loaders and all the major hardware modelers

Bogna 212 CB 2×12

The cabinet has straight-front closed-back solid-birch-plywood construction. The speaker is voiced following American influences and provides a laid-back midrange, which reveals body and a really complex upper register.
