Modartt Pianoteq 8 Pro (Upgrade from Standard, Download)

Pianoteq Standard to Pro 8 Upgrade is for owners of Pianoteq Standard Edition (versions 1 through 8) who want access to Pianoteq 8 Pro Edition. The Pro Edition is adapted for the creative composer and demanding studio engineer, letting you adjust 30 parameters for each note on the keyboard and work with up to 192 kHz audio.

Version 8 refines the engine and physical modeling to increase authenticity, and offers a fresh, streamlined user interface to enhance readability and usability. Pianoteq has partnered with Steinway & Sons, Steingraeber, Bechstein, Blüthner, Grotrian, and Petrof, each a venerated piano-manufacturing powerhouse. All of them have approved the sound of these pianos.

Pianoteq Standard to Pro 8 Upgrade comes with one instrument pack of your choice. Taking advantage of the model and its parameters, a morphing feature lets you merge several instruments to create new, unheard of organic instruments. The software works on Mac, Windows, and Linux systems, operating in AAX, AU, VST, NKS, and standalone formats. Because there are no samples, the file size is just a tiny fraction of that required by most virtual instruments, making Pianoteq perfect for any laptop.
